An algae bloom can turn clear clean water into a green, unattractive pool overnight. Pool walls become slippery and hazardous underfoot, once algae is visible a substantial problem exists. Available in long life and standard variants, algaecides are very effective at preventing algae formation.
Clarifiers quickly clear dirty, murky and cloudy pool water. They gather dirt and algae particles together which can then be removed through filtration or vacuuming. Clarifiers also reduce chlorine demand, improve filter efficiency, and are effective in maintaining sparkling clear water. They are available in granular, cube and liquid form.
